Property Team campaign

Mourant's property team were looking to create 'stand-out' in a crowded property law marketplace.
Initially developing the campaign-line of "Let our property team take you under their wing" we then produced an ad suite using various modified birdhouses specifically relating to the placement and message. Playful supporting copy further referenced the bird theme to give the ads a friendly and approachable tone of voice.
The ads were placed across a range of media: press, online, outdoor. In addition to the ad campaign, birdboxes were custom made, painted and distributed amongst various estate agents so as to re-emphasise the campaign at the point where potential customers would be choosing their property legal support.
