Park get the 'Side-on treatment'
Overview
Park have been providing recruitment services to the local financial service market since 1979. Over the years they have built a good reputation in a very competitive marketplace as the preferred recruitment supplier to the majority of the local 'employers of choice'.
Challenge
After a recent management buy-out the new owners felt it was time to refine their brand positioning to reflect their offering and personality to enable them to remain relevant and differentiated to quality candidates. They came to us with a very open brief outlining the situation and the strict instruction to 'give us the SIde-on treatment', a dream directive to which we gladly obliged.
Solution
The first phase of work included a complete audit of all existing marketing materials, methods and market presence followed by an identification of the reasons to believe and differentiating key messages. This investigation work helped us unearth the big idea that Park are not a 'CV passing on service' but are truly committed to understanding the nuances of the candidate's needs and abilities to ensure they are placed in the right role. Numerous stories of how the Park team had formed long term relationships with satisfied candidates emerged and how valuable support and guidance was provided at all stages to help develop their careers. From this the brand expression of 'Career Shapers' was born.
A full advertising campaign, brand identity/collateral refresh, CMS website and social media strategy we're then developed to reflect this new positioning.
